Exclusions:
- Life insurance benefits will not be paid for death resulting from Aviation other than as a fare paying passenger on a scheduled or charter flight operated by a scheduled airline.
- Accidental death benefits will not be paid for losses resulting from or caused directly or indirectly by:
- War, terrorism, insurrection, rebellion, or participation in a riot or civil commotion.
- Sickness, disease or bodily infirmity.
- Taking poison, inhaling gas, intentionally taking narcotics, drugs, barbiturates, hallucinogenic drugs, alcohol or any combination of these when not part of a professional medical treatment.
- Suicide, attempted suicide or intentional self-inflicted injury, while sane or insane.
- Injury sustained while taking part in aeronautics and/or aviation except as a fare-paying passenger in any aircraft then licensed to carry passengers.
- Committing or participating in a crime.

Disclosures: - "Life Insurance Benefit" is equal to four times the chosen Membership Benefit Level. Until age 55, life insurance coverage is 100% the stated Life Insurance Benefit amount. Between ages 55 and 65, the life insurance coverage decreases to 50% of the stated Life Insurance Benefit. At age 65 and above, the life insurance coverage decreases to 25% of the stated Life Insurance Benefit.
- Accidental Death Insurance benefits are provided in the first two years only, until the Life Insurance two-year waiting period has elapsed, at which point the full Life Insurance benefits go into effect for the third year and beyond.
- Coverage terminates at age 85.
- This is a group term life insurance policy issued to American Better Health Organization, Inc., and benefits are provided to members of the association.
